FITNESS CLASSES
The class fee is non-refundable and non-transferable - cancellation is not possible.
Rescheduling of the booked class is at the discretion of the host venue. Request to reschedule must be made 72 hours prior to the class start time. If approved, the validity of class access is 1 month.
OBI Coach and host venue assume no liability whatsoever for any monetary or other damage suffered by you on account of: the delay, failure, interruption, or corruption of any data or other information transmitted in connection with use of the Payment Gateway or services in connection thereto; and/ or any interruption or errors in the operation of the Payment Gateway.
You assume all risk of personal injury, including death and damage to personal property sustained in the class, and you release OBI Coach and host venue, including any agent or officer acting on behalf of them, from any and all liability for any injury, death or damages whatsoever, suffered by you as a result of your participation in the class, whether due to the negligence of OBI Coach or host venue, their agents, officers and/or assigns; and you hereby indemnify OBI Coach and host venue in respect of the same.
